St. Margaret of Scotland Anglican Church | Doors Open Barrie

Welcome to the open house for St. Margaret's. Founded in the mid 1980s, the church moved to its present location near West Bayfield School in 1995, consisting of a portable unit. The first phase of the building opened in April 1999. The final stage of construction will begin in Spring 2027 and will include a nursery and Sunday school facilities as well as a banquet/meeting hall. All are welcome. Doors Open Barrie is once again paired with City’s Culture Days programming, providing a unique opportunity to present free, hands-on arts activities in Doors Open sites, giving you a chance to learn about Barrie’s arts, heritage and business community.
