Beyond Beginner Yoga- Washago

This class is designed for those with some prior yoga experience who are ready to explore more complex sequences and a broader range of postures. With a strong focus on modifications and adaptations, participants are supported in meeting their individual needs within a group setting.

Drawing from a variety of movement modalities, the class aims to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance balance, and increase range of motion. Props are encouraged and will be incorporated throughout the practice to support alignment and accessibility.
