Curious about elderberry but not sure where to start? This welcoming workshop is designed for beginners who want to learn the basics in a relaxed, hands-on setting. We’ll explore how to identify elderberry, discuss its traditional and herbal uses, and cover simple harvesting and preparation tips. Together, we’ll make a batch of an elderberry preparation from fresh (frozen) elderberries for you to take home, while chatting about how and when it can be used. No previous herbal experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and enjoy learning alongside others. Tanya Gluvakov from Roots and Raven will guide us. Ideal for ages 18+.
