This is a newly opened, expanded clinic space in our Orillia Campus - 250 West Street North.
This expansion reflects a strong collaborative partnership among local health and community organizations, including a Nurse Practitioner-led Clinic, community mental health and addictions services, HART Hub Simcoe County , and Community Paramedicine , among others. Together, these partners are strengthening access to integrated health and human services and reducing barriers for residents with complex needs.

During the Open House, attendees can:
· Tour the newly expanded space

· Ask questions and connect with community resources
· Discover how integrated, community-based services are making it easier for residents to access the support they need.
