VON Simcoe County offers SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) Exercise Program throughout North Simcoe Muskoka. Classes are offered in community locations, in retirement homes and virtually (Zoom, YouTube and TV). SMART is fully funded by Ontario Health, so there is no participant cost.
