Description The Care Partner Support Group is held on a monthly basis \(3rd Thursday of every month\) and facilitated by a Family Support Coordinator from Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County. This confidential support group connects people who are supporting persons living with dementia. In this safe environment, you can pose questions, share your insights and lessons learned. You are not alone.
