You are invited to our final session of the season to learn the basics of Forest Bathing. Bask in the healing benefits of nature. Forest bathing (or forest therapy) guides you to take in, with all of one’s senses, the forest atmosphere. Join Beth Foster at Sunnidale Park for a free session aimed for people ages 14+.
