Stop by the library and check-out a human book for a chat! A Human Library https://humanlibrary.org/ is a way for people to reach out and connect with individuals in their community in a safe environment. Borrowers, known as Readers, will sign out Human Books for brief periods of time. During short conversations, Human Books will share their diverse and varied life stories, perspectives on life, and their experiences with prejudice and stereotypes with the aim of creating awareness and understanding of others and their choices.
