Dads' Mental Health Support Group

The Dads’ Mental Health Support Group is intended to provide an opportunity for fathers to engage in mutual support with one another by discussing issues such as: parenting, relationships, work/career, mental health, self-care, and other relevant areas of life. While this group is facilitated by Daniel Farb, Registered Psychotherapist, it is not a psychotherapy group. Rather, this is a mutual support group that participants may find therapeutic or otherwise beneficial in its own right. Since there are a limited number of spaces in the group, registration is required to hold your spot.
