Reading Buddies

Teen volunteers are paired with a child in Grades 1–5 to help them build confidence and develop a love for reading. Through shared stories and literacy-based activities, the teen volunteers will help make learning a fun and positive experience for a student who may be struggling. This is a registered program for both teens and children and drop-ins will not be accepted. Application forms must be completed and submitted to the library no later than Wednesday, September 16.
