A program for Care Partners and Older Adults Navigating Dementia or Frailty. Care partner respite program: Older adults and their care partner attend the programs together and take part as a pair. Explore creativity together through engaging, hands-on activities that spark joy and connection. Create, connect, and unwind programs designed for shared experiences and meaningful moments. Have you heard about the benefits of nature? Experience the calming benefits of nature with our guided meditative walk exploring Nelson Park or along the Lakeshore Trail from Parkview Centre. Immerse yourself in this meditative practice led by Beth Foster, Instructor. NO FEE but please register ahead by calling Parkview at 705-737-0755. This program is designed to support care partners and the older adults they care for together. Partners register together .
